US - Expand and collaps description #119

Value proposition

As a user i want to see all relevant information when entering the details page so I a have a good overview about the event

Description

Acceptance criteria

Long description should keep paragraphs from the event form long description field
When long description is too long just the first 500 letters are shown followed by "...mehr" which user can click to see the whole text.
Long text can be collapsed to 500 letters at the end of the text

Tasks

[x] restyle the long description field
[x] Make the description text expandable and collapsible
