Shazam recognition. Tags not automatically written to files after successful recognition #351

Description

I have been using the onetagger tool for identifying tracks using Shazam, and overall, it works well. The tracks are successfully recognized, and the tags are edited by onetagger. However, I've noticed that the tags are not automatically written to the corresponding files. Instead, I have to manually go to the edited tags of each successfully recognized track and click "Save" to write the tags to the MP3 file.

Expected Behavior

I expect onetagger to automatically write the edited tags to the corresponding MP3 files after successful recognition. This would streamline the process and make the tool more efficient to use.

Steps to Reproduce

Use onetagger to identify tracks using Shazam. Wait for successful recognition and editing of tags. Notice that the tags are not automatically written to the MP3 files.

Additional Information

Version of onetagger: Current Operating System: Mac OS 12.7.3, Macbook Air M1

Hello, which part of 1T are you talking about? AT automatically writes the matched tags and doesn't have save button. Thank you.

After utilizing the "AT" (Auto Tag) feature, I have the option to fine-tune the tags of successfully matched tracks by clicking "Edit tags". However, I've observed that the changes made to the tags are not automatically written to the original file. I understand that this precaution might be in place because in some instances, Shazam may fail to identify the correct track. Nonetheless, it would be beneficial if there were an option to automatically save the edited tags to the file while allowing users to manually intervene when necessary.

There is no such thing in 1T. AT writes tags automatically, Edit Tags doesn't use Shazam. Could you maybe provide a video of what you're trying to accomplish? Since I don't understand. Thank you.
