Hi! I recently discovered One Tagger and think it's great. Some things on my mind:
In Quick Tag, how to order Title, Artist, Custom, Mood... collumns?
In Quick Tag, how to widen the left folder directory collumn?
In Quick Tag, how to batch tag tracks? I would like to drag select 10 tracks and tag them at once.
In Quick Tag, how to search for multiple tags at once? The track is tagged with House and Prog (I tried this in the comment and genre fields.), when searching House and pressing space all searches dissapear. This is possible in Traktor and Recordbox.
In One Tagger, Traktor and Recordbox, how to do complex searches? I want to find all songs that contain either "Disco" or "Funk" and they also have to contain "70s" or "80s". This would give me all DISCO and FUNK songs from the 70s and 80s. It might be interesting to have a summary of how to do this in popular softwares documented in One Tagger.
In Quick Tag settings, make it visually clear that you can change the order of Genre/Mood buttons.
In Quick Tag, save changes after applying each tag. Currently if you apply a tag and then immediately type in search, the tag is not saved.
You can click on the "title", "artist" etc titles to order.
Currently not possible
It is possible in the latest Actions build using the CTRL key.
4, 5. I do believe regex should work. Like saying dance|techno should work. If not I'll fix it.
I don't understand how more visually clear it should be? It is a literal color dropdown next to it.
I meant order the collumns from left to right, not sort tags within the collumns. This will be good to customize the experience. And probably way more important, the collumns and titles aren't lining up, this is confusing.
Good to know, drag selecting would be really convenient here.
Sorry I was a bit confused here, anything typed in the search is AND and not OR. Wrong of me to say that this works in traktor and recordbox. But the regex example you gave does not work for me.
I have learned so far that not even recordbox and traktor can do this in the search, recordbox can do this in the track filter window.
I think you are talking about the color selection of Mood buttons, I am talking about the ability to order Mood/Genre buttons by selecting and dragging up/down. This was not immediately clear to me, you could add subtle drag icons to the left.
Auto save works after selecting a different track, not directly after applying a tag which is the expected behavior imo. When you apply a tag and then immediately type in search or close the program, the tag is lost.
