1T tries to not remove existing tags / do as least damage as possible, perhaps you've set the Mood tag to the comment field (since in that case 1T tries to enforce 1 value / tag).
Or maybe your separator config is wrong, so 1T gets confused about treating different values.
Could you confirm if that's the case, or what's your settings & audio file format on which it happened? Thank you.
I found the cause. It seems that the mood tag is overriding other tags. It was pointed to save to comments thats why my comment tags were removed.
Is there some way to set Onetagger not to override the current tags? When I use the quick tag feature and I manually add custom tags, in comments for example, I prefer the new tags to be wrote after the current ones, not overriding them. I spend an hour at least tagging files, before I saw that my tags are gone.
