In order to do anything useful (and even allow for #1 ) we need the infrastructure for OAuth Loops to be done.

[x] login token (Can also be used to look up things that could be done with an App Access Token chat:read chat:edit)
[x] Broadcaster Token (to update stream title/game and read channel point redeems user:edit:broadcast channel:read:redemptions)

Completed - Just needs UI Freshening once #3 gets added
