Use/merge Emily's bubble plot code #15

It's the plot_idw_xbyx() function here: https://github.com/EmilyMarkowitz-NOAA/stock-assessment-figtab

I need to double check that it's the same thing we need, see if Nate, Paul and Ned want strata showing, and merge these with the ones I've created already. Also check to make sure bubbles have a scale bar.

I made this version of the CPUE bubble map as an alternative to the one Ned presented at GPT meeting. It includes a scale bar. Hauls with zero catch for each species are marked as "x's" on the map, positive catches are bubbles scaled by CPUE. @nwraring and @vszalay what do you think of this rendition? If you approve, we can close this issue.

I like it! I think it's actually easier to read than the color grades--at least for the skinny Aleutian survey area. Good job, let's keep this one for the AI!
