  1. Add to methods our plan to assign 400 stations and keep the rest as "bonus" stations. From Ned,

"Once we institute storing each year's station allocation in an Oracle table, this can run from a script. It won't be 420 in 2024 and we'll need to add methods text around our strategy of assigning 400 and then having priority "bonus" stations in addition to the standard allocation."

  1. Talk about how we want to display the length frequencies. Do we want all lengths (across regions) every year, or do we want to separate by region, e.g., East West and Central AI?
