Make Table 3s #39

For reference, see Table 3s format from last year. Each one was a tab in G:/ALEUTIAN/AI 2022/DataReport/Table 3/AITableBiomass_2022.xlsx. I think having them all in one doc is good but eventually I will need them in the form of all the csvs in G:/ALEUTIAN/AI 2022/DataReport/Table 3/[speciescode]_[year].csv like so:

I have to change the headers of all these tables because the content of the columns matches but the column names are different (e.g., INPFC instead of Survey District). Not a big deal but means that these are not actually done yet.
