Fix sample sizes in length comp figures #45

Lengths currently in there are expanded from the tow. Currently the sample size comes from summing the frequencies for all species for each haul, and those values are expanded (per Zack!) so I need to modify them.

Fixed! Actually the original way I did it was correct. Love when that happens.
