Please add R code for making this plot to the data reports repo:

@vszalay I have made some code here for making length frequency plots (this is focused on the presentation, because it's the most timely, but obviously is the same code we would use to make the plots in the report). I think the only things I still need to do is figure out how to automatically add the "not enough data" label when there aren't enough data to make a helpful histogram, and to add the sample size to the subplots. If there are other things you see that should be changed, please let me know!

Added code for "joy division plots" to repo. Histograms remain in the presentation figures script.
