Consider adding a "male + female + unsexed" column to length comps #73

This is for species like SSTH that are hard to sex. The original proposal was four columns; I think three should be the max and that it makes sense to have M and F and combined.

I am making the executive decision not to do this. If anyone wants to try it they can make a new issue.
