[Feature] Generate a static view of "capsules" #13

Populate the home dashboard with capsule items for each area of the knowledge base.

E.g. a link from LinkedIn, a post from Instagram etc

Note: this issue will be followed up with another issue to implement dynamic listing - pulling from LIT RF API instead of a static list.
