Problem with USB key #87

Hello,

QLVideo works perfectly fine on my Macbook Pro but when i use usb keys or external hard-drive, i have some issues. I have some movies and all my pictures on my external hard-drive and on each movie (in mkv) i have a thumbnail. On my usb key, i also have some movies. The first time i put my usb key and my external hard-drive on my Macbook, all was fine and i could saw all my mkv files with the correct thumbnails. But after, i opened my pictures to see them and i added some more pictures on my external hard drive and now, i have an issue : the thumbnails of some of mkv files are not my original thumbnails (the covers of movies) but my personal pictures instead :/ And this happen only when i read the files with this option on the finder :

when i use the 3 other, i don't have the issue :

and i only have the issue with usb keys or external hard-drive. My thumbnails never changed on the mkv files i have on my computer.

And when i have my external hard-drive (where are my pictures) disconnect from my computer, i still see thumbnails of my pictures on my mkv files which are on my usb key. Even if i turn off my Mac and turn on again.

I removed QLVideo and installed it again, and all was back to normal. I could see the right thumbnails for each files. But the problem start again after i read some pictures ...

Any help ?

Also, i hope people understand what i'm saying because english is not my former language.

Sorry for the late reply. Sounds like QuickLook is not realising that your removable devices are different from each other. Do you still have this issue?
