large vector files make GUI unresponsive #729

Steps to make the bug happen

  1. Load attached SVG.
  2. Reorder and simplify
  3. Select view > render mode > marlin simulation
  4. GUI is nearly frozen. several seconds per update.

What was supposed to happen same fluid rendering as normal
