Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Load Recent never appears.

Describe the solution you'd like ProjectLoadAction should have listeners. Main menu then registers to listen for events and can add project paths to recent if they succeed and remove from recent if they failed.

Additional context Does Makelangelo Software also use listeners?
