Fix size adjust #739

  1. open plotter settings. machine width and height should NOT be editable.
  2. create new profile +
  3. set machine style to custom.
  4. machine width and height should change to be editable.
  5. change to any other style or back to original profiles. machine width and height should NOT be editable.
