Impove look and feel of Mesh/Texture selection dialog. #233

Textures should show thumbnails.

Meshes could show a thumbnail. How they would be generated is a great question.

Detail and thumbnail views?

Should the icons8-load-16 Load button become a icons8-add-16 Add button?

The "load new" could be below the list, next to "clear".

"clear" is mislabelled. It sounds like a verb. I'm not clearing out all the existing assets! It should be "none"

a4607d5d2bf19485c45593296873bc47fb19496f added bevel border to dialogs, makes it more clear there is a button.

a4607d5d2bf19485c45593296873bc47fb19496f clear buttons now look like every other toolbar button. consistency ftw!
