Problems:
MarlinRobotArm stops the Report system when the detail tab is destroyed.
MarlinRobotArm is very presentation-specific, while Report is presentation-agnostic.
Report is only neded by the Editor.

[x] Move Report from MarlinRobotArm to the Editor Tab.
[x] Remove the Lock button and integrated it into Get: Get should stay on until toggled off.
