- Issues with os dependent end of line indicators fixed
- Validation for concept and relation names added to GUI
- MainPresenter and MappingEditorView reorganized
- Various unused methods removed
- "Open" menu item is disabled in output as a bug workaround
- Add new Variable item removed from VariableSelectionComponent as no fix could be found
- Deletion of empty selects in CustomQueryEditor fixed and re-added
