[Suggestion] Sound effects for Portal elements

This would be a great addition, as it would greatly improve the presentation of the game. The only portal element that have sounds is the portal gun.

Sounds to include:

• [ ] Light bridge on/off;
• [ ] Light bridge proximity;
• [ ] Pedestal button pressed/released;
• [ ] Floor button pressed/released;
• [ ] Fizzler enabled/disabled;
• [ ] Cube fizzled;
• [ ] Laser on/off;
• [ ] Laser catcher proximity;
• [ ] Cube dropper dropping cube;
• [ ] Gel dropper dropping gel;
• [ ] Gel hitting surface;
• [ ] Faith plate launching object;
• [ ] Funnel on/off;
• [ ] Funnel proximity;
• [ ] Funnel reversed;
• [ ] Player bouncing on repulsion gel;
• [ ] Player running on propulsion gel;
• [ ] Player walking on adhesion gel;
• [ ] Portal gun fire/pickup;
• [ ] Door open/close.

I kinda want to do this, I think I started coding this a while ago in a fork, but I also want to have a way to toggle these new sounds. Should this be in the options menu or should this be a mappack setting?

I think these should be on by default. I don't see any downsides to them, and if map-makers don't want specific sounds, they can just place custom sounds in their mappack files, I reckon.
