Restock not always working

• [x] arrows (and other ammunition)

This issue could be a place to track restock ways "not working" and integration

Great functionality btw :) I've just discovered it from the keybinds

also its not working with only 1 item, but it could be intentional?

this is sort of intentional, it also a technical limitation since it checks what is left in order to know what to restock

I probably won't do that, but rather have the wireless terminal be used as sort of a bucket see https://github.com/Mari023/AE2WirelessTerminalLibrary/issues/86
