Added user-services.test.js which tests functionality of all user-services using mongodb-memory-server
Added test script with code coverage to package.json
Added npm run test to CI/CD pipeline for backend
Edited addUser so multiple users with the same email can't be added

Good job getting the testing all set up! Hoping we can finish up the backend editing components soon!
