REPOSITORY to include debug section by default #520

This is so someone that wants debug info packages just needs to apt-get install mariadb-server-core{-10.X}-dbgsym to get the right packages after and apt-get update.

Is there any reason why you would use http (instead of https) and above all archive.mariadb.org instead of mirror.mariadb.org?

That was MDEV-26122, allowing EOL containers to be used as a base and still be able to install plugins etc.
