Any plan to make it compatible with minimap2 output? #5

Hello,

question in title ^^'

Other plotting tools gave me multiple cancers. Dot is very very cool, so it would be even cooler if it could accomodate easily minimap2 sam file.

Just a suggestion though.

Convert a .sam output from minimap2 to .delta using a python script I found here https://gist.github.com/malonge/a05da7f99e651ea55e8a4e57a5c4aab1
