Improve action text parsing

• Show the target name if the target is valid on failure to "use", "activate", or "deactivate" (previously it incorrectly was an empty string)
• Interpreted action text is displayed more cleanly and consistently
• Handle more edge cases when parsing the action text (if results array is empty)
• Fix typo causing "take" flavor text to not return (misnamed attribute)
• Set weight to active when it is locked onto impression (as was originally intended. changes text when item is looked at, thats all it does)
