Add item tiers #1

I think it would be interesting to start tracking tiered items

tbh its not worth to track items over tier 4 ? maybe if you optimize the process then tier 5 could be good but most of trades are tier 4

T1 max for class 1, T2 max for class 2, T3 max for class 3 it's just class 4 that's T10 max

Basically, each tier is another item entirely. Including all tiers for all items would just multiply the workload, and there is no shortcut. Until I have found a better way to fetch the market data, I will leave this open.
