Update version to 8.2.5 #4079

@StefanOssendorf could you please build the latest v8.x branch in release mode and send me the resulting /bin directory as an upload in this PR?

It looks like the 8.2.4 build didn't get the latest code fixes or something, because it won't work with BlazorExample, but the latest code in v8.x does work.
