CSLA 5.1.0-19122302 prerelease online #859

Hello everyone, and happy holidays!

I just pushed a CSLA 5.1.0-R19123202 prerelease to NuGet.

This preview, compared to the preview preview, is almost entirely focused on Blazor support, with some other related changes to the data portal, support for ClaimsPrincipal, and context management.

This preview also updates many dependencies due to the final .NET Core 3.1 release.

@liborpolansky GitHub is good about protecting people's privacy, so I can’t send messages to a person, only to all sponsors at a level.

I'm on holiday with my family and so don't have access to many resources. But if you send me your email address I'll send a link when possible.
