Mod det missing p.p1Hi parameter #37

The histogram function requests this parameter, but I don't see it set anywhere. Not showing up in our settings files either.

This parameter is used in modDet for the function paramsHist, line 80. It just specifies the maximum pp amplitude.

I think this was different because @jahildebrand was using different pp amplitudes for the plots for Kogia, which were different from what he used for DetEdit.
