Label speedup + labelVis changes to expand/improve functionality #48

This branch was created by M.Roch to speed up the label visualizer. Edits in this branch include:

1) original edits to speed up visualizer and some restructuring of code (to simplify) 2) additional edits to allow navigation using Triton control window (i.e., LTSA back arrows, forward arrows, etc) while also keeping labels visible 3) label display modifications - label text will now display multiple times if detections are sufficiently infrequent in a given window 4) navigation between detections - previous/next buttons in label visualizer will now send the user to the previous or next detection.
