ensure spectra is normalized between 0 and 1 #79

added a check spot to get all features normalized between 0 and 1. Spectra was normalized between 1 and 2 and was saturated when plotting all features together.

@kfrasier I will merge this pull request because it just one line of code that make sure that spectra is normalized between 0 and 1, like the other features, so the plotting looks good later on.
