Associate multiple emails for one submission and define roles #20

We should specify the delimiter to be used between emails (;). For each email provided, allow the user to set the role (PI, student, tech, etc.).

Multiple emails can be entered and separated by semi-colon. No functionality to define roles yet.

Closing this. Our current plan doesn't require submitter to describe the role for each email address associated with a submission.
