To help model reproducibility standards and to help with downstream incompatibilities, all tutorials containing code should list the versions of R packages/software used somewhere in the tutorial. We should add this to existing content as we are able (may not be able to in all cases if the versions weren't recorded), and then add guidance to the submission instructions guide.
