Added functionality to visualize 2d/3d trajectories and 2d/3d landmarks from GTSAM. Assumes that trajectories are referenced by 2d vector of symbols and landmarks are referenced by 1d vector of symbols. Examples of usage can be seen in the examples subdirectory.
