Changed Cmakelist and Range Visualization

• Make it build as a shared library so that it can be used in CORA
• Modified TONIOVIZ_INCLUDE_DIRS to include Pnagolin and OpenCV, not sure if this is the right way to do it but I was getting compilation errors when building this as a dependency of CORA
• Added Range visualization option of line from pose to landmark
• Range visualization is backwards compatible aside from the type name change from Circle to Range
