multi-break doesn't take other enchantments into account #7

Multi-Break & Silk Touch does mine the whole vein as expected but only drops the directly mined block as block. The others ignore silk touch. Same for fortune. That makes multi-break really unwanted :/

Tool Builder doesn't add a Multi-Break enchantment
