Notifications Front-End

Some rough requirements:

• On the navigation bar, we have a notification bell 🔔 icon where the user will be able to see if they have any unread notifications
• This icon should have some sort of indicator when there are unread notifications, for example a red circle. 🔴
• When the notifications icon is clicked, a popup will appear underneath the icon showing all the unread notifications
• Each notification will have an option to mark it as read so that it can be cleared
• There will also be an option to mark all notifications as read so they can all be cleared at once

The backend work has mostly been completed, but it may need some modifications
