steam doesn't work #35

when i start steam it doesn't show it's ui and when i look at the tray it doesn't show steam, why does this happen?

did you install it first with d as its probably telling you to do at the top everytime you hit 2?

also note: if your network (school, work, etc..) blocks these sites this wont get around that
