Error when integrating multiple samples #13

Hi,

Thank you for developing such wonderful tool. I'm trying to merge 37 samples using FastMNN method, but it gave me an error like: "Error: All cells in the object being added must match the cells in this object" Seems like something wrong when merging the last one sample. Any suggestion to fix this would be very much appreciated.

Usually it is good etiquette to:

Post a minimal reproducible example, or at least a concise chunk of code that contains the problem.
Post your session information.
Post in the right repository (https://github.com/LTLA/batchelor).

The error message you describe doesn't appear anywhere in the package.
