COUNT_GEN function missing #12

Dear all, I would like to reproduce your simulation but I can't find the function to make a simulation matrix (function named "COUNT_GEN()"). Can you send me this missing file? Thanks a lot. Alessia

If you follow the instructions in the README, you will see that you are expected to run reference/submitter.sh. This creates the RDS file containing the simulation function.
