coef and contrast arguments to pseudobulkDGE()

As discussed here, it would be useful in pseudobulkDGE() if:

setting the contrast argument would remove the need to also set the coef argument to NULL;
the contrast argument could also understand contrasts specified as character vectors (e.g., "conditionDisease - conditionHealthy").
