provide option to specify download folder destination #6

Is there a way to specify where to download the patch .zip files instead of wherever you're running the command from? I'd like to be able to provide something like dest=downloads/ and have that folder be the one that gets the patches.

There is a new parameter added in V2.1 - stagedir
