We need a feature that enables the display of athletes allowed in a swim meet specific event, considering both event type and group. This feature should include the automatic calculation of each athlete's seed time for the specified event type. Additionally, provide users with the flexibility to edit the seed time for individual athletes.
Given an event we need:
List all athletes on all the athletes on that event group and the seed times for the event type. In case an athlete does not have a time record for the specific event time the seed time is consider null.
Given an athlete an its seed time the user should be able to update the seed time and register that time on TimeRecords.
