Generate the event_data.json file to incorporate events into swim_meet ID 1. Include at least one event for each of the following groups:

Boys (ID 2)
Mixed (ID 3)
Girls 10 & under (ID 5)
Boys 11 & above (ID 7)
Enhance the athlete_data.json file with additional athletes to accommodate the 5-lane test scenario. Aim for a total of 19 athletes:
Add 6 more girls, with 3 born after 2014 and 3 before.
Add 6 more boys, with 3 born after 2014 and 3 before.
Expand the time_record.json file by ensuring that for each event in event_data.json, at least one athlete has 5 records. Additionally, make sure that there are athletes without records for those events.
