FE- Add event to swim meet #93

We need to be able to add events to a specific swim meet.

Components

The AddEvent component should include the following features:

Title Component:

Displays the name, date, and site of the swim meet.

Alert box:

Show the results of clicking CREATE.
When the creation is successful, the alert box should include a button to go to generate heats.
When starting to create a new event, the alert box should disappear.

Event form:

A form with the fields needed to add new event.
Includes two buttons: CANCEL: sends back to event display. CREATE: creates the event.
