Added feature: tissue requests, modified: download_data #54

Summary for changes

A user can post new tissue requests.
Admin can view, approve, delete new requests.
Admin can view approved requests in the archived section, can revert or delete them.
Modified download data features: added extra fields in download all data, filtered data. Also, refactored data API and sails app for it.
51 fixed.
Updated schema with tissue_request table.
