When the boat is tacking in strong wind conditions, the jib being sheeted in prevents the boat from going more upwind. Sheeting out a bit in such case reduces the effect of the jib on the boat and allow you to tack. (see #211)
Implemented in the new helming node, there is one value to tune which is the amount of sheeting out needed.
