Helming #237

The helming node is the "after high level" step to handle tacks.

@takluyver can you have a quick look at it, does it look ok for you? for now it is only in 1 file, I am not sure yet how to structure it, (what to put in the script folder and what to move in the "library" folder).

There is still a bit of sign error checking to be done with the simulator, but otherwise it seems to work as expected.

Now tested with the simulator, and all the sign error should be fixed now (there was only one ;) ). Merging now, as we are testing this on water this week end, normally the previous node and system is still working like before.
