5 years ago Big 2.4 yagi would be the easiest, LoRa is quite a challenge to implement well. If it speaks serial there are prebuilt LoRa uart modules on aliexpress and the likes that'll handle 200m no problem
Would be interesting to look into other ways of communicating with the boat from the shore at distances up to ~200m
