Improvements of the ZapLine function to remove line noise from EEG/MEG data. Adds automatic detection of the number of components to remove, and chunks the data into segments to account for nonstationarities.

Issue regarding unusual changes in channel and plot after noise removal #21
Hi
I am a Ph.D scholar working on face processing, using EEG. Our lab is using Magstim EGI amplifier and 65 electrode net. I had used Zapline for noise removal and have few queries regarding the same.
1) After noise removal one or sometime two channels show unusual activity. I am attaching the image for the same below. (Fig1)
2) After applying noise removal the number of channels are shown to be 66 only in some files where as we have only 65 channles.
3) After nosie removal I am getting the following plot for one file, it looks different from usual plot, I would like to know if it's some kind of issue. (Fig2)
Really looking forward to the response.
